Sonic Car Hop in Warr Acres, OK:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

Fun environment with friendly co workers, you're always busy so the time seems to pass pretty quickly. You can sneak free drinks and food really easily and a lot of managers don't care. Good tips.

Cons

The pay for car hops is 3.13. If you don't make enough tips to cover minimum wage you are supposed to be reimbursed up until minimum. But if that happens they will just take you off as a car hop. Managment isn't very skilled. Happy Hour is crazy. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS BROKEN.. No employee discount at my location.

Advice to Senior Management

Act more respectable and responsible and quit being pompous and ignorant. Also try to pay more attention to your employee's needs.
