The money can be fantastic if you're with the right group at the right location. The manager usually has control over his schedule. You also have access to your entire p&l.

Cons

Too much focus on what is wrong, not enough (any) talk about goal setting and accomplishments.
in other words negative reinforcement, do it or get fired. How about great job!

Advice to Senior Management

Let's get back to basics. Burger and fries first, wraps and ice cream sales second. Some customers are value oriented but most are satisfied with good value for the money.
