Pros
Well, its fun if you are looking for a part time job when youre young and just want to earn a few bucks. Car hopping will earn you lots of money, and you have a better chance at that if youre a girl. Everyone will make at least min. wage (so its not like being a waiter). As a car hop, you can probably count on an additional $6/hr. on average (in addition to your hourly wage). Its a fun atmosphere and pretty laid back. Its a step up from mcdonalds, burger kind, taco bell and all the other boring chains.
Cons
You will definitely not make very much money if youre not a car hop. Even managers take home less money than car hops. So if you look like a 16 year old punk with piercings and tattoos, youre going in the kitchen and will be making close to min wage. This of course is a stressful job for the pay, so that can be negative at times. As with any food service restaurant, there are MANY rules and regulations and such that lawyers make up to cover the company's a$$. You will have to deal with that, but its no different than anywhere else.
Advice to Senior Management
Store level employees rarely interact with senior management.
