Pros

The tips are great if you have good customer service skills. Pay is more than average for waitresses. It is fun and you'll make lots of friends. You get to wear skates. You get to try new menu items before they come out. If you get an oppurtunity to move up the pay is pretty good.

Cons

Employees are often overworked to keep labor down. Only the management sees payoff for this method. Cooks are underpaid. It's hard to make a career out something like this. It's hard to work with friends. Chances are you'll be called on your day off and if you don't come in they'll make you regret it.

Advice to Senior Management

Give the respect to employees that you demand. Beware of politics.
