Pros

It is a great place to work if you are young and need a flexible job. The work is hard but it teach you good life skills. This jobs gives you the ability to meet other young people that have a positive attitude and are willing to work. The hours are flexible but long. Most of the time things are busy so for a young person it really helps make the time go by faster.

Cons

You will not make a lot of money. The focus on career growth does not exist. If you are a young person and want to get into management this is not the right place. Most of the managers seem to be 48+ years old.

The people need to understand what are the most important attributes for success.
