    I worked at SonicWALL full-time

    Pros

Fair review process and some opportunities for advancement. Great work-life balance. Any tangible resources you need are always provided - no scrounging for equipment and so forth.

    Cons

I sensed there was more focus on small product iterations that maintained the status quo, rather than ambitious (and possibly risky) projects. Might not be a con if stability is your thing.
