Pros

While I worked there, there was a good, fun comaraderie amongst the individual contributors. Good place to learn how to work with the channel.

Cons

Not much respect from upper mgmt towards employees. Poor compensation, no raises were given for years. Be sure to do your homework on salary requirements prior to accepting a package.

Advice to Senior Management

Your employees are a valuable asset - motivate them correctly and you will reap the benefits. The attitude of "you don't like it here, you can go somewhere else" isn't extremely motivating.
