Pros

Good people there trying their best to do their jobs. Most are professional and there are a few very talented folks there. Director level and below are a great group of people doing the best that they can with limited resources.

Cons

Definitely a wall of separation from exec mgmt and the rest of the employees, not really open to suggestions, even though it is repeated often that they are in communications to employees. Emphasis on competition between organizations, not encouraging cooperation & collaboration. Very top heavy at VP level for that size company. Strategy seems very short term focus...lots of "fire drills"

Streamline upper management and create clearer lines of businesses. Encourage more cooperation and less competition.
