Cons – lack of Interest from the upper management whn it comes to people that makes them the huge windfall they get we are people nt just a number on a piece of paper

Advice to Senior Management – open ur eyes an relieze that the employees are the real heart of the company an should be reward just as they do with there huge bonuses an stocks at end of ever year they shouldn let it trickle down to the people that alows them to be comfortable set in life
