I have been working at Sonos full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I have had plenty of training, networking, and overall growth opportunities since working at Sonos. There is also a very strong management training program. The people are extremely concerned with the quality of the product which is huge for me. In terms of gaining skills for my current field of interest, this company has provided me the most opportunity thus far.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the engineers at this company seem to want to always roll their own stuff which has its benefits as well as its drawbacks. This divergence comes as a result of rapid growth as well as some organizational shifts. Sometimes I feel like people are a little too full of themselves and their ideas here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel the more alignment that Sonos can have with industry standards and even its own standards, the less fragmentation will occur. Alignment within the company should result in higher levels of productivity as well as improved morale.
