This company's Asian culture is resistant to aggressive strong willed employees who are used to merit based advancement

Advice to Senior Management

Listen and learn from Sir Howard Stringer. His plans to 'Westernize' the company, bringing it more inline with the culture of its competitors. I sincerely believe he is pulling Sony kicking and screaming into the 21st century. Get rid of the unspoken 'caste' system that exists
