Former Employee – worked at Sony Electronics as an intern

Pros – 1. Awesome working environment, very comfortable
2. People are very friendly, it is like a family, no politics at all
3. Willingness to change, focus on recruiting talented young people and really listen to them

Cons – 1. There are a lot of overtime for some departments.
2. As a large organization with good structure, it is a bit slow in making some decisions.

Advice to Senior Management – 1. Need to align the different departments to act on the same page
2. People needs more inspiration to work
