The company has a very wide range of products and services available, which means that the potential that you'll be contributing to the launch or sustainability of popular retail product is very high.

Cons

The company is big, slow and has very poor in-business communication - so it takes approval on many levels just to get anything accomplished. The corporate structure is very organized when it comes to management and executives, but at the average employee level there is little to no direction.

Advice to Senior Management

Take the advice of your employees and communicate those things upstream. Some of the most innovative concepts and ideas are coming from the testers and engineers who are using your products everyday, not only from your product planners and marketing people.
