    Pros

    Globally speaking, Sony is a great company with outstanding people committed to transform the company which is struggling with lack of innovation and negative impacts on personnel morale.

    Cons

    Japanese culture make it slower and Brazilians take advantage of them. Politics is more important than results and merit. Several middle management problems are accepted due to cultural limitations.

    Advice to Management

    Review closely what Brazilian managers are doing regarding business deals and fiscal responsibility.
