I worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Some of my best working experiences have been with Sony Pictures. They have done so many caring things for me on a personal level that I will never forget. I worked my way up from intern to VP over the 15 years I was there.

Cons – I have seen some people let go after many years of being there with very little explanation, which can be frighting.

Advice to Senior Management – Careful not to over work some of your star employees.
