Current Employee – been working at Sopra
Pros – work life balance at Sopra India is very good. management is approachable. French connection, so your dream of Paris visit could be easily fulfilled. :-)
Cons – Sopra India does not work on highly technical areas.
Advice to Senior Management – Sopra India should go for good technical works from Front office. Sopra India should start working as independent subsidiary of Sopra Group. It should develop technical capabilities. It should reform its middle management level.
