Dielmann Sothebys International Realty is a caring place to come in to work every day, friendly and fun. In this economic situation, real estate in 2008 and 2009 is a very hard job. It is good to have all-round support. The people who are trying to sell a house or who are buying a house want to know we have good information for them and good tools to do the job - we really get that here.

Cons

Dielmann Sothebys International Realty is a very busy office with lots of sales associates who are all doing different things, I wish there was more feedback for the times when I try to do something that is new or different.

Advice to Senior Management

It would be real good to have more of a structure for feedback and also for mentoring.
