    Pros

    Benefits and the vending machines

    Cons

Coming to work is like boarding the Titanic each day. It's inevitable that it will hit the iceberg. And much like the movie, the upper management will continue to be ignorant and continue to drink their brandy and listen to the music while the ship goes down. The arrogance has been consistent from the time I arrived and continues to manifest itself each and every day. The digital group lacks everything: leadership, accountability, direction and diligence. It's lead by the worse CTO and an even more absentee President that continues to let the department implode with broken promises and letting the CTO pillage for his own financial gains.

With the recent layoffs on Thursday, it's a sign that confirms the massive reduction in revenues, margins, and sales stemmed from the lack of vision and complete absence of execution to have improved the digital presence. The banks that own this company should wake up and take a hard look at who's running this shop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no advice to management mainly because they're the root of the issue. The banks that own this company should reevaluate the upper management that placed them in the condition that they're facing now. It's not too late to build more life boats....because the direction they're heading into, will inevitably be that iceberg.
