Good co-workers, flexible work schedule is possible. Very diverse job opportunities.

Poor management. Senior management seems to not care at all about entry level workers.

    Pros

Met nice people, kept me from homelessness.

    Cons

Micromanaging management, unknowledgeable management, a very miserable environment, did not want to be there. Management will throw you under the bus if they had to choose between disclosing their mistakes vs. pinning it on an you. Non existent HR dept., NO room for growth, favoritism toward Analysts with tenure, no acknowledgement for what you have done, just nitpick at what hasn't been, no incentives for over achievers, NO RAISES! no 401k, and a recent DECREASE in salary...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You get what you pay for. Stop treating people as if they HAVE to be there. It's called rewards, incentives and upward mobility that encourages people to do an even better job. Acknowledge the job they are doing AND STOP HIRING ALL THESE BIG WIGS WITH BIG SALARIES WHO DON'T DO ANYTHING IN COMPARISON TO THE MAN ON THE FRONT LINE!
