Pros

They have a good benefits program.

Cons

There is little or no training about how to use their proprietary systems and applications.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just look at numbers on a spreadsheet when evaluating an employee, but look at the complexity of the task that the employee has to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the peole that do all the work and not to some developer that has some dream ideas that are never marketed correctly. Get a real marketing department.

The pay is too low, even for the area.

    Pros

They WILL hire you. The supervisors are all very nice and reasonable. Good health benefits are available after three months. Production bonuses are offered (though most people are unable to achieve them). The dress code is very casual, and all entry level positions allow for headphones to be worn during the entire shift.

    Cons

The pay is low, its minimum, more or less. (You must keep in mind that work is outsourced TO this facility.)
Socializing is strongly discouraged. The work is extraordinarily repetitive. If you have a car, parking is available, but inconvenient. However, cars are out of most employees' price ranges.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in more competent trainers and project leads.
