When I was working there, every week we would lose clinicians to other agencies

Staff Therapist (Former Employee) Lowell, MA

ProsGood support staff, a feeling of "we're in this together" between the clinicians, can work part or full time, provide trainings.

ConsA LOT of pressure to keep and add client hours, having to eat in your car in order to make minimum hour demand, do not pay gas mileage, a high rate of team members turnover, a lot of no-shows

Advice to Senior ManagementUnderstand that it's wrong for both the client and the clinician to have the therapist see 8 clients a day. A sure way to lead to burnout.

    Company cares about profits, not clients.
