Pros

If you are FT, you get free health and dental insurance (for single), employee plus one is decently affordable (75.00 per check). It is a high deductible plan, but still good. Depends on house you work, but pretty easy work. If you work AFC, it highly depends on the house you work in. I am fortunate, fairly low behavior clients, easy going co workers, people actually willing to work for you. My supervisor is laid back and respectful, very different from my last job.

Working with professionals is definitely a welcome change!

Cons

No pay raises, have to work either sun-wed or thurs-sat.

    Pros

Great company if going to school, you get tuition help after only 6 months, great benefits and the sense of community you get between staff is awesome. Also, most of the clients are great to work with. The company also offers great employee outings and encourage overtime if you need it.

    Cons

Never get raises and the pay is below induxtry standard. If you don't get your shift covered you don't get time off.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible with time off requests.

    Pros

    ample time off, decent benefits

    Cons

"bullying" review was right on. Very lacking in diversity. CEOs very removed from day to day operations. Senior management tends to accuse rather than discuss. Air of paranoia prevails. If you have your own opinion or do not fit into their white culture mold- you will be most likely targeted.

    Advice to Management

    Talk to your staff.
