Paid is good. Raises are regular.

Cons

Management dosn't know what they are doing. Too many managers. Most people are just working there looking for retirment. Things will go one way for a while and then change to another. Most of the time things keep changing back and forth between two positions. Nothing ever really changes. When you work there it is not a good thing to go against what a manager says. if you do that manager will make your time there really difficult. There is a big production about intergrity but it is only just a production. A lot of shady deals go on there with contractors.
