I worked at Southern California Edison as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Great pay for an intern, reasonable hours and hardly have to work overtime. Most managers are super friendly and always willing to help out an intern either by giving advice or answering questions.

    Cons

Work is on the slow side because it is an established company. There are a lot of company politics and it is hard to create change. As a young professional, starting a career here is not ideal because I want something more fast pace and challenging.
