I worked at Southern California Edison

Pros

the employees are good people and seem to stay with the company for a longtime. But there is little room for advancement because of the slow pace of retirement. It is a little polical there too.

Cons

lack of career advancement but the employees are good and seem to stay with the company for a longtime. But there is little room for advancement because of the slow pace of retirement. It is a little polical there too.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

improve employees relation and decrease the politics so that good people can stay with the company longer. Increase and create room for career advancement for younger employees
