Pros
Good benefits and pay, family oriented, have the opportunity to climb the ladder by being promoted as see fit, attain knowledge, southern style, trust, the company was willing to provide a relocation package for those who did not reside in or near the place of work - either get reimbursed for relocation expenses or take a month's pay as a sign-on bonus, help people find a place to live and would even help the spouse find some type of work if possible in and around the area, provide programs for employees who may have issues/problems that they may need help with
Cons
learning a lot of procedures, going through training classes where you have to obtain at least 80%, the training program needs some work because some classes do not pertain to the whole engineering population that are at the plant, employees are only given a 30 minute lunch so employees really are not able to leave the plant to get something to eat since the nearest place to eat is 10-15 miles away, the human resource department needs some work - some employees who were being interviewed did not get the same treatment as others and need a better system to let new employees know where they can find the answer to certain questions that they may have

Try to look into a better training program
