Pros

Good hours and flexible with empolyees

Cons

EOO says it all about this company.. Promoting minorities' over more qualified people was a common theme amongst the company. In fact they prided themselves with this accomplishment. If you are a minority this is the place for you..

    Pros

Stable company with good benefits and fair pay. Great people, many of whom spend their entire careers there. Access to great resources, education, organizations, etc.

    Cons

Slow moving. Corporate politics can stifle progress and creativity. Many have become complacent, lack motivation.

    Advice to Management

To encourage a culture of innovation, leadership must discourage the corporate hierarchy. Executive garages and office/cube location based purely on on job grade reflect an old school way of thinking. Learn from the work environment at today's leading companies.
