Current Employee – been working at Southern Illinois University

Pros – As a student, the flexibility offered for academics and life are very important.

Cons – The school pays student workers less than even Wal-Mart or the grocery store.

Advice to Senior Management – Up the difficulty, too many people are getting degrees without knowing very much. At the same time the school wants to act like they are an elite institution.
