As Sales Reps: not compensated enough for the importance to the company, no overtime, 100% travel takes a toll on you're car
Advice to Senior Management
Keep the Sales Rep's happy. I know of many disgruntled employees due to increased territories but not enough car stipend. Also, during holiday seasons, they need to be paid the overtime they put in.
