Pros

Great professional attitude within the company. Senior Managers act more like mentors than bosses. Each person is given a job and expected to do it. When someone fails in a job they are re-assessed and moved to another job. They may lose pay and levels but they don't lose the job as long as they are contibuting. THose not contributing are let go.

Cons

Depending on your location and sales as well as Executive Management's feelings budgets may be tight to the point of restrictive.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to invest in technology as they are. Continue to look for ways to consolidate sales and locations to maximize sales and minimize calls from other divisions. Having multiple sales reps visit the same stores daily annoys the big customers & wastes fuel ultimately leading to missed calls on the little guy.
