    I have been working at Southerncare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexibility, when it wasn't too busy.

    Cons

    Poor inexperienced management, taken over by a company who was driven by #'s vs patient care. Curo is a money hungry number driven company, not at all worker or patient driven . Hospice is about care and patients needs which takes cared for employees. NOT the case. Should NEVER have been sold. SouthernCare was awesome prior to the sell. Still poor management, but at least we could take care of the patients.

    Advice to Management

    Get some experience in the KEY positions and realize it is lives not machines.
