Pros

- Lots of fun
- Senior leadership was always open Employees about company business
- The BENEFITS!!

Cons

- The pay was low compared to other industries (but I guess average for airline industry)

    Pros

    Excellent training, personal development, communication from leaders and salaries. Benefits are some of the best of all corporations

    Cons

    flights are so full that it is hard to ride stanby as an employee

    offer more positive space tickets to employees for reward
