Pros

Great Benefits (Very Good Health Insurance, Fly for free on SWA & reduced rates on other airlines & Rental Cars & Hotels), Family atmosphere.

Cons

Shift work, Lower wages for a lot of the HDQ positions, We ALWAYS seem to be in a time where we have a tight budget.

Advice to Senior Management

Return more to the old atmosphere & treatment of people. Just because other companies do something doesn't mean that it is the right thing for SWA. SWA is known as a MAVERICK company.
