Pros

It can still be an enjoyable place to work although not like it was ten or fifteen years ago. Compensation and Benefits are better than Industry average at this time. Most employees still go out of their way to help each other out. The atmosphere is mostly positve for the most part.

Cons

The level of cost cutting is becoming very apparent out in the field and it is not a good trend. If you are honest about some of the issues facing Southwest then some of Management brands you as a "malcontent". The Company is not as progressive as it could be in alot of areas.

Advice to Senior Management

You had better pay attention to what is going on out at the stations because the Customer Experience is beginning to really show issues and this is the only thing we have to offer. i.e. no first class, entertainment etc
