Pros

Really competent, friendly and caring people to work for and with. Income is above industry standards with best benefits anywhere. The Company goes to great lengths to keep everyone employed and is very sensitive to our workplace and personal needs. It's one of the few places where a smile really does mean we are happy to help you because our Company is happily taking care of us.

Cons

Joining the Union. Sometimes it is a good thing and sometimes it is not. As with every Union, seniority counts alot. So if you are a senior employee and you are kinda lazy - well you'll still have a job. It takes a lot to fire someone.
