Pros

Not only is the atmosphere amazing, but the benefits rock. Their is nothing like taking a vacation every weekend and then coming in to work on monday in shorts and sandals. The building and cubes are very decorated and make the environment light hearted and ebnjoyable. The party like atmosphere on friday afternoons is unique and all said very enjoyable.

Cons

Because of the great benefits and the industry as a whole, the pay is not always up to par. This is easily counterbalanced by the environment, but can be slightly frustraiting when trying to break even for the summer long internship if you must rent an apartment.
