Pros

Southwest Airlines is an amazing company to work for. All employees are offered completely free flight benefits, paid vacation, sick leave and a generous health insurance policy.

Cons

There aren't really any downsides of working at Southwest Airlines.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work!
