The company is very family oriented.

ProsThey have profit sharing, and 401K. Employees own part of the company, and they get an update every quarter. The more one puts in, the more one gets back.

ConsTo some, the company is unionized. Union dues are deducted and they take care of employee, but they may sometimes be a little slow.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management needs to spend some time with employees on a regular basis.
