    I worked at Southwestern Advantage

    Pros

    -Solid managers
-They give you the tools necessary to succeed
    -Run your own business
-Meet a ton of families and make connections
    -Great sales school

    Cons

    -A little disorganized
-Not a con exactly, but be prepared. This will be the hardest job you will ever do. HOWEVER, in a recession I have gotten 9 interviews with the help of being a "bookman"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing! SW are a bunch of studs, and they will not hesitate to try and make you succeed. Very inspiring group.

I have been working at Southwestern Advantage

    Pros

-visiting USA and different state of it
    -upgrade your communication skills
-some US and UK Big Companies recognize working in SW company, so they understand how tough is it and if you have finished your summer than you might be really strong interpersonally
-Salary really depends on your skills and how successful you are
-sometimes you can meet really nice customers

    Cons

    -long hours - 80 hr a week (6 from 7 days)
-such work is pushing down your morality etc
-mostly you're walking around all day long
-be ready to hear "not interested" in 80%
-many crapy things happen during your summer
-as for European it's kinda hard at first to understand how Americans think
-even if there's raining - go and work for yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

no advice. Everything for what managers tried to get ready students ... everything happened. no offence. But I won't do one more time, however gained experience is really helpful
