“great way to gain hands-on business skills in college”
Current Employee – been working at Southwestern Advantage
Pros – awesome people, incentive trips, personal growth & challenge, resume building
Cons – long hours (80+/wk), travel during summer time
Advice to Senior Management – keep on investing in the kids you work with!
