I worked at Southwestern Energy full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good salary, benefits ok, room for advancement if you're willing to play politics

    Cons

Upper Management has no idea what's going on with their employees nor do they seem to care. Lots of politics and back stabbing going on here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much to list after 4-1/2 years with the company

I worked at Southwestern Energy as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great work culture. Relaxed work environment and everybody is really nice and helpful. 9/80 schedule. Work is a very team orientated; fields are broken down into smaller teams with team members have varying professional backgrounds and each member is responsible for their specified work. I really enjoyed this aspect, where the team is recognized for good work rather than a single employee.

    Cons

Primarily on a natural gas company - subject to market fluctuations!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need a more diverse portfolio
