“My expereince with SWN is very good”
Current Employee – been working at Southwestern Energy
Pros – SWN provides incentives for safety on a quarterly basis.
Cons – Constant exposure to outdoor elements.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer a means of allowing those in the field to eventually move up and out of the field into administration for the purpose of training potential roughnecks, motormen, etc.
