Pros – Gives opportunity to think outside of box, receive occasional gifts such as pens, shopping bags that promotes "green" environment, calenders etc.
Cons – offers health insurance benefit, but now dental made an option, just need to pay a few extra dollars for dental
Advice to Senior Management – Lower pay than average, used to have special events such as dinner night, weekend trips etc. if still offered would be awesome
