Pros

A lot of room for advancement. The more you hustle the more you get paid. Good PTO for all employees.

Cons

lot's of pressure on all team member levels. focus is on a lot of different things at the same time. could use more help

Advice to Management

Hire more help for the branches. Give more training to those who need it. Less confrence calls for team memebers.

    Pros

I needed a job and they offered me something. So at least I was getting paid even though it was not very much.

    Cons

All about sales. Selling to your family, selling to your fellow employees, selling to little old ladies coming in just to cash there checks.

    Pros

It pays the bills, but it's not the best place to work. Its nice to be working, and the heat works. They also have a pretty good cafeteria.

    Cons

Benefits and pay are not good at all. They are haphazard with projects. Not very organized at all. No tuition reimbursement for 18 months. Spanish is the highest priority for qualification.

    Advice to Management

Have a plan. Organize operations so that you know what is going to happen and when. Instead it seems like projects start and you hope they come out the way you want. Over schedule and over budget is more like it.
