Current Employee – been working at Sovereign Bancorp

Pros – A lot of room for advancement. The more you hustle the more you get paid. Good PTO for all employees.

Cons – lot's of pressure on all team member levels. focus is on a lot of different things at the same time. could use more help

Advice to Senior Management – Hire more help for the branches. Give more training to those who need it. Less confrence calls for team memebers.
