Freedom to innovate

Member Technical Staff (Current Employee)

ProsA lot of opportunities to perform and good works are appreciated. It still retains AMD culture. Upper managerment and leaderships are strong and forward looking. Clear goals and realistic targets are set and communicated regularly.

ConsInvestors are still not confident of company performance in the near term.

Advice to Senior ManagementReview forecasted data regularly.
