Spansion - A risk worth taking?

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Sunnyvale, CA

ProsExcellent exposure expecially for fresh graduates. Spansion is more of a "big start-up", allowing a very good environment to learn how complex global organizations work and the challenges they face.

ConsNo Bonuses & benefits. Besides the company is havin a downtrend as far as stock price is concerned. The future is risky.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus more on IT Project Management maturity - this will reap benefits for ROI visibility allowing better calculated investments & also delivery of quality product on time.
