Former Employee – worked at Spansion
Pros – If you are looking for a dead end job working along with a lot of legacy employees who feel so secure about their job that they don't mind creating delays in projects, then this is the place for you. Just work for about 5 years in the design group and you also will become a legacy employee.
Cons – Too many managers who can't get this ompany to become profitable...ever. They expect everyone to work as if the company is a start up, yet the compensation and bonus packages are lame.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer better compnesation packages
get rid of legacy employees that bring overall morale down
Hold all management accountable for the company's success
EXECUTE plans and stop "reorganizing" if you can't accomplish anything
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
