Pros

- In-office culture is pretty good.
- Company is very flexible with time-off needs, as long as it's not abused.
- Gifts on your anniversary with the company.

Cons

- Dwindling employee base; people aren't being replaced after they leave
- Two offices have very dissimilar cultures and are not in good communication.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a striking communication barrier between the executives and the employees. Increased visits to the Utah office would be beneficial in removing that barrier. It's detrimental to morale.

    Cons

    I worked at Spark Networks

    Pros

Most of the employees there are pleasant.
    Good work/life balance.

    Cons

You get pigeonholed into one thing a lot, which stops you from growing professionally.
The company's name isn't recognizable enough to make up for this lack of personal growth.
With the new leadership looking to make the company attractive to potential buyers, things will get worse for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should have better pulse of the work force.
