Pros

- In-office culture is pretty good. - Company is very flexible with time-off needs, as long as it's not abused. - Gifts on your anniversary with the company.

Cons

- Dwindling employee base; people aren't being replaced after they leave - Two offices have very dissimilar cultures and are not in good communication.

Advice to Management

There is a striking communication barrier between the executives and the employees. Increased visits to the Utah office would be beneficial in removing that barrier. It's detrimental to morale.

    Pros

Flexible hours, great work life balance, new tools, nice office , fun events, great benefits. Management is great and senior management have a good plan.

    Cons

The traffic in West LA can be a bear. The good news is they offer lots of flexibility which more that makes up for it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Focus on what we have been successful at and the stock price and the number of subscribers will increase.

    Pros

    - Working with talented and friendly people. - Flexible working hours and condition.

    Cons

    - HR sometimes not really active, you will need to find HR by your own to deal with things when you are a new employee. And they are hard to find. - Meeting sometime lasted longer than estimated, and most of it is caused by miscommunication. Luckily, it's getting better. - Lots of old legacy from years ago need to clean up. It's didn't change because of business purpose. Fortunately, most developer are working on that and those old legacies should be all burned down by end of this year.

    Advice to Management

Product Management need to get more sense of development. Otherwise, those tasks listed on the board won't really reflect the real development process and schedule.
