I worked at Speakeasy full-time for more than a year

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, fun people, lots of tech to learn and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Speakeasy was one of the first in the biz, so practically all of the systems were built from scratch. This was good & bad: lots of tight integration between scopes, but app skills not transferable, and not always easy to differentiate between Speakeasy-specific and industry standards.

    Pros

It's a best buy company so it has some benefits from bestbuy. Started to adopt agile process and looking into new tool to manage internal tickets.

    Cons

It's losing cucstomer ver rapidly. Money was very tight. Very old code base and could afford to re-architecture.

  2.
