    Pros

Flexible hours, work from home every now and then, health insurance

    Cons

No employee motivation, leaders are thinking about money and not improvement, projects tend to be rushed and badly documented, requirements are always vague, there is no training other than what you can learn by yourself on your own time, no career opportunities.

    Pros

None, none and none!! I endorse all bad reviews already posted here. Please don't believe few positive reviews posted, why would someone post such feedback as anonymous? I believe someone from Management forced these feedbacks. There is nothing positive of this company. There is lot of negative energy and quickly burns you out.

    Cons

Unless you're very desperate for a job please don't consider this company ever. Even if you end up joining, start looking for a different job from day one and move on if you find one. This is a heartless and ruthless company, so don't be guilty of leaving as quickly as possible. Company Leadership: No vision, false commitments to new clients, zero effort in learning from past mistakes. Foul/rough language from a top leader, wow! really is he worth being a leader? Senior Management: Puppets of leadership orders; have no capability to convince leadership of changes required in the company even after making same mistakes time after time. Middle Management: With no support from leadership and senior management there is not much this group can do but try to fulfill what's imposed. But they fail in the process due to unrealistic timelines by leadership, terribly under-staffed and lack of process - eventually they leave the company. PMs spend 90% time to fight to get resources than focus on development. Attrition has been very high in the last 7-8 months, many Project Managers didn't even stay for more than 3-4 months. I saw 3rd or 4th receptionist in the last one year, so just imagine. Teams are expected to work 24x7. Resources aren't back-filled when someone leaves. Can you believe some development teams report directly to a VP? A VP has much better job to do than being involved in day-to-day technical discussions and decisions. Unlimited vacation is an eye wash to attract new employees, you really can't take off with so much work pressure. Never dream of 401(k) matching. Not a good health insurance. No fun at work place at all, no team events, no team building, no festive mood. Very rare communication from Management on company news. Company is under loss and losing frustrated clients. Recent mass layoffs (not performance related) within weeks of Xmas/holiday season was heartless. And then leadership announces their business is growing and have new clients, really? When not adequately staffed to handle current business, how would you handle new business with much less workforce? I'll also post some feedback later that new clients can pay attention to if they come look here at all.

    Advice to Management

Wake up!! Stop false commitments to clients and then lieing there after when timelines can't be met. Your line of business is great, but the product delivered is poor quality even after taking 4-6 additional months, and once launched, another 4-6 months on fixing issues day in and day out with many severity 1 issues. You don't deliver on time due to being highly understaffed, only god knows when you will learn from this mistake time and again. Create some friendly and fun work place, there is too much of negative energy. You're within your rights for "at-will" work agreement, however, at least when a layoff isn't related to performance, please be considerate NOT to layoff during the happiest season of the year. If you think none of this will impact your company reputation, then you are totally wrong. Even the current employees talk about dissatisfaction of still working there. You know the attrition rate of late, need I say any more?
